ABOUT THE AUTHOR//

Born on Long Island, New York, I lived most of my life in the Tampa Bay, Florida, region before moving to Chicago to study and to Utah to work. I spend summers exploring the Appalachians, the Deep South, and the Wasatch Front, where I sleep on the couches and air mattresses of friends and family and haunt coffee shops.

Stories in any form are my greatest passion, but I embraced the written word in early 2004. The following five years were spent crafting poetry and finding my literary voice while I pursued two undergraduate degrees and worked in kitchens and retail stores.

I am the author of A Flood of Silence, the first book of an epic, futuristic fantasy series The Ark Saga. I am also the author of the humorous autobiographical sci-fi series, The Quantum Fall of Thaddeus Archibald DuBois.
